KHW7080 series motorized valve is widely used for fan coil unit. The motor is controlled by thermostat to turn on or off the valve by making the motor run in CW or CCW direction. In this case, it will allow or stop the medium to get though the pipe. And then the fan coil unit will output fan together to realize the temperature auto-controlling.
